Osgoode Properties, currently in its second generation of family ownership and operation, was established in 1982 and derives its name from a street in Ottawa's Sandy Hill neighborhood. As one of eastern Canada's largest residential rental apartment owners, we pride ourselves on offering residents the best of both worlds. Combining the efficiency of a large, established company with the warmth and personal touch of a local, family-run operation, our journey began with Ottawa's Parkway Towers. Now, our portfolio includes over 6000 homes in 23 quality residential communities spanning Ottawa, Gatineau, Kingston, Edmonton, and Calgary, as well as 3500 rental units in Florida and Georgia.
